Can you edit the post so it's in coherent sentences? Very hard to read at the moment.

advice on mortgages and any chance in getting one. • Just to help out I've rephrased it:

I need advice on mortgages, with me getting a new one based on me selling my old house.

The bad news: I was on a suspended order from Nov 2008 till Aug 2011. I had a lot of bad debt till my employment tribunal paid in April 2010 and used the money to pay them all back.
But I still have some bad debt with brit gas and anglian water which i am now sorting out and have arrangements with. (WHEN DOES THIS DEAL RUN TILL, E.g when will your debts be cleared?)

If I sell my house I am hoping to put around £15000 down and get a mortgage for around £120000-£130,000. My current mortgage has £153000 and hoping to sell for £175,000. (WHAT ARE YOU DOING WITH THE OTHER 7K FROM THE HOUSE SALE? PAYING FEES FOR MOVING ETC?)

How do i my check my credit score I earn £15000+ a year my wife around £3000 - a total of £18k a year.

I have also worked since nov 2011 and still with the same company as a security officer.

    Please respond speedily.

The answer is no you wont be able to get a mortgage for the amount your talking. You would need at best a 15% deposit, if not closer to 20 or even 25%.

Until you can get to that - either by purchasing a lower priced property or saving up more money (or a combination of the 2) your going to struggle.

Get your credit reports from Experian.co.uk or Equifax.co.uk and take copies to a local mortgage broker.

It's a starting point and likely to be the biggest issue to any lending.
