The promotion runs from 00.01 on Friday 7th June 2013 to 23.59 on Friday 19th July 2013 (the "Promotional Period").
The promotion is free to enter and entrants can enter by voting for Going Out or Staying in.
The promotion consists of 1 main prize and 8 runners up prizes. Prizes will be drawn at random.
Incomplete or illegible entries, bulk entries, entries from third parties and entries which do not satisfy the requirements of these terms and conditions in full will be disqualified and will not be counted. One entry per person. Any entrant who has won a Runner Up prize will not be eligible to win the First Prize.
The Runner Up prizes are:

Two theatre tickets to see a show of winner’s choice in their local city. Tickets are subject to availability at the time of booking and exclude sold out events.
Or:
A 16GB Kindle Fire HD with a 7" HD Display, Dolby audio, Dual-band, dual-antenna Wi-Fi.
The First Prize is:
A 3 night stay to Barcelona, Spain including:

• Return economy flights for two adults to Barcelona, Spain from the UK.
• Private transfers from the airport to the hotel.
• 3 Nights accommodation at the 5 star Hotel Arts Barcelona (the "Hotel").
• Breakfast for two people in the Hotel restaurant each morning.
• Dinner for two people in winner’s choice of restaurant in the Hotel (based upon enjoying a two course meal from the a la carte menu including ½ bottle of house wine, mineral water and coffee).
• Dinner for two people at CincSentits Michelin star restaurant during the stay. The dinner is for the Sensacions tasting menu excluding drinks. Example menu includes: 2 tasters, 1 fish, 1 meat, cheese and 2 deserts. Bookings are subject to availability at time of booking.

• Private Barcelona city tour. Includes:
  • Professional English speaking guide.
  • Transportation.
  • The private city tour will last approximately 4 hours and is subject to availability at time of booking. Entrance fees to any attractions on the tour are not included.
• Private sailing trip (lasting approximately 3 hours) from Barcelona for two people. Includes:
  • Professional skipper.
  • 1 bottle of Cava.
  • The sailing trip is subject to availability. Experience is dependant on the weather. Times vary throughout the year.
• VIP table for two people at Otto Zutz night club. Includes:
  • Table in the private club area.
  • One bottle of alcohol of winner's choice from the VIP drinks menu.
  • OttaZutz entrance is based on a right of admission reserved policy. Entrance to the venue cannot be guaranteed and is at the doorman's discretion, people must be aged over 21 and over. Passport ID may be required. VIP table is subject to availability at time of booking.
• £500.00 spending money.
• Travel insurance - travel insurance is subject to normal terms of acceptance. Pre-existing medical conditions may not be covered. No age restrictions apply.
• European tourism taxes for two people for the duration of your stay (payable locally to the hotel upon check-out).

• Travel is subject to availability at the discretion of the organiser and excludes Christmas, New Year, Valentines, Easter, School Holidays and Bank Holidays (both UK and Spain). The trip must be booked a minimum of 3 month in advance.
• Departure airport used will be dependent on the direct availability from the winners nearest available international airport, which may not necessarily be the closest. Non UK passports holders may need a visa for this destination, which they should arrange with the Embassy at their own expense. Hotel is classed as a 5 Star and is based on two people sharing a twin or double room (winner’s choice) with ensuite bathroom on a bed and breakfast basis.

• Wine tasting evening hosted by Olly Smith (hosted at the winners home) for 10 people. This includes Spanish wines supplied for up to ten people (including delivery of wine). Timing of wine tasting evening is subject to availability.

The selected winners of the promotion will be notified by phone or email within 28 days of the prize draw.
There is no cash alternative available to the prizes. Failure to claim a gift, prize or other promotional item within 10 days from the end of the Promotional Period or in the manner specified will make any claim invalid and the Promoter may re-allocate the prize. To claim the Prize the winner may be required to supply proof of age and a valid full UK driving licence.
