cakes in a bread maker

is it possible my oven has packed up and wondered if you can make cakes in it. Any recipes welcomed. Thanks

    Yes it is, you can make some lovely cakes with your bread machine and also sweet teabreads :D

    BTW, which bread machine do you have? Does it have a "cake" setting? Check your instruction book which came with it because it should give you a recipe for each setting on your machine. Most come with at least a basic cake recipe.

    Tip:
    When making cakes in the BM, use butter wrappers to line the bottom of the loaf pan - they are the perfect size.
