Kinda depends on how detailed the A+P needs to be.
I mean, if it is at say GCSE level, there should be loads of stuff out there, try BBC bytesize, if you are talking about Physician level, maybe not quite so much.0 -
When I was doing my Nurse training I found the Physiology Colouring Book very helpful. It explains everything and you do literally "colour-in" the diagrams which does help you to remember. The author is Wynn Kapit. Robert Macey and Esmail Meisami, and there is a seperate Anatomy title. Cost was about £10 in 1996 though, but you may pick one up at a secondhand bookstore or Amazon or photocopy pages from a friend (maybe club together if there are several of you). HTH
Just remebered, The Nursing Times has a free poster this week, ? anatomical.0 -
Basically I need to swot up on the muscular skeletal, energy, cardiovascular and respiritory systems.
Its more ot do with not being able to absorb and recall the info that Im struggling with........

Not even remotely free but the A&P book by Martini is brilliant - it comes with CD ROM stuff and there's online material etc. It's about £40 but well worth it. I haven't done any A&P since school (about 10 years ago now - eek!) but I find it so helpful in my midwifery course.0
