90% LTV on New Builds - Which lenders?

Greetings,
Just a quick question as to which lenders are currently likely to accept 90% LTV on a new build based on the following:
The facts are:
Purchase Price: £179,999
Deposit: 10%
Combined basic annual salary: £47500 (+ additional unsocial hours pay)
No adverse credit
No debt at all (other than current mortgage)
New build property
We have a broker advising us currently who has named a couple of lenders, but I guess it doesn't hurt to cross check other peoples knowledge/advice/experience on this before committing to anything just to be sure they are comparing the full market.
I appreciate that 90% LTV on new builds are rare and we are limited to just a handful of lenders; but which ones?
Thanks in advance

Yep, searched before posting and found that one. It only names Skipton. Just wondering which others are out there?0

Highest I've heard of on a newbuild without newbuy etc is 85%.0

We're going through The Nottingham Building society. There isn't a specific new build mortgage but the 90% fixed and discounted are ok with new builds. We went direct and so far it's all been very straight forward.0

So,
Skipton
Hinckley & Rugby

Any others anyone's aware of?0 -

Clydesdale will only do 90% on a New Build House for selected builders through selected mortgage brokers.
It is an exclusive arrangement.
We can access it, not all brokers can.I am a Mortgage Broker
