HI,
To cut a long story short I declared my earning on tuesday (4/6/13 ) and i checked my bank account and job center has paid me in full? I thought they deducted the wages you earned off the week you declare it?

Depends when you got paid, how much you got paid, what weeks / days of the signing on weeks it covers. They will work it out and deduct what has been over paid to you, and then take that into consideration when they work out what you are owed when you aren't working.
And yes, that is how complicated it is. Don't expect to understand the workings of the DWP.0
