On these things when they say value is £65 odd - do they count the value of the full sized item, when actually you only receive the sample size?0

I read a review of the box on a blog, and as far as I can tell they take the full size price and work out the 'cost' the sample as a percentage. (i.e. full size 100ml costs £10, sample of 10ml is worth £1 etc)
