Further pension query

Options
I intend in a couple of years to take my tfc and then use the inc drawdown facility thru my sipp and personal pension (contains protected rights)...but its possible after this has happened that i will need to pass over some of the remaining pot to my ex..if its under 18k (may 2009) will she still be able to take the lot in cash (i forget the term for small sums) even though i hav taken the 25% tfc and started inc drawdown

TIA

If you do drawdown, you will not be able to do trivial commutation.

    It's one or the other.

Will you not have to pass over the money to your ex before taking benefits?
    Trying to keep it simple...;)
