Really confused - trying to find a Right to Buy Mortgage

Hello
Im am trying to find a good, reasonable Right to Buy mortgage. I have a 60% discount and would be looking for a 15 year fixed repayment of around £50K. I have a strong income that will easily cover the repayments.
However, trying to identify the banks/bldy socs that *do* RTB mortgages is proving more difficult than I ever imagined.
Im finding lots of brokers, presenting themselves online as advisors ... but all of them are giving indicative rates and not declairing the banks/bldg socs.
I must have read every guide to RTB process I can get my hands on but no where has it said that I will struggle to identify a lender.
Is there a secret rule which says I can only apply for a RTB mortgage in person an on a paper application? Nowhere has offered me an online application process. :-(
If anyone could give me any advice on the safe steps to finding a reasonable (and credible) RTB lender, I'd be really grateful. Any other advice thrown in would be welcomed too.
Thank you for listening!!!

There are independent mortgage brokers working wholly online that could help you with this - I know because we are one.I am a Mortgage Broker
