No explanation as to why i was unsuccessful. I sent off the correct amount of vouchers along with the completed application form on the same day that the application was printed in the sun.

I got an email on the 22nd July

Your Awesummer e-voucher has been placed in your account for you to use against the cost of train travel with us.

If you haven't already redeemed it remember that you need to check the e-voucher box on the payment page. If your total purchase is less than the value of the e-voucher the remaining balance will be left on your e-voucher for you to use against your next purchase.
