Has anyone been pestered by this firm?

They keep phoning me and telling me they can claim mortgage costs back for me?

I have told them that I have never had PPI but they insist it is not about that. They say it is about mortgage misselling.

I told them that I paid off my mortgage 3 years ago but they still persist that they can get me money back.

Seems too good to be true to me but has anyone else had dealings with this company?

So some random company rings you out of nowhere - why are you engaging with them at all? Tell them to stop ringing you.

In any case, how would they know anything about your mortgage?

    uigh what a cheesy website

Why do you think you might be able to get costs claimed?

That alone more or less tells you its a dodgy company.

Despite your data not being in the public domain and not knowing a thing about you and the ombudsman itself warning of such company claims like that, they still tell you that.

Be honest, what do you think?

I have just been called by this company about reclaiming my 'miss-sold mortgage'. We don't have an endowment mortgage but apparently we can claim around £21,000 (£15000 profit for ourselves) but have to pay a £500 fee upfront. How do they know that our mortgage was miss-sold? Did you go any further with this company?

No I have told them not to phone me any more.
I did some digging online and they have some bad reviews and I believe they were also fined for misconduct in 2011.
Best to give them a wide berth I reckon,

That looks and smells like advance fee fraud. They entice you with a made up compensation figure and your greed is fixated on that. You willingly pay the £500 thinking you are getting £15,000. They string you along for many months, go quiet and then vanish taking your money with them.

They dont. its lies to get you to pay £500.
