Yes me , I ordered on the website and the order went through without any box coming up to imput the code, i alerted customer service's who said that when the things arrive to give them a call and they willl deduct it then

will have to wait till the stuff comes till i can let you know if they do

Happy to help normally if you phone customer services they will honour the codes.

I've tried a few times and the site is inop. Try later and they normally sort it out.
