Current deal coming to an end (Offset mortgage enquiry and some other help)

Hi,

I am coming to the end of my current mortgage term with TSB

Details:

Mortgage 165k
Value 200k
LTV 82.5%
Term remaining 33 years

I will revert onto the 3.99% homeowners variable rate next month but wondered if anyone knew of any significantly better deals out there? I could put the LTV to 80% if it would make a significant difference in terms of the interest rates.

I also cant seem to find any reliable details on whether offset mortgages are available for 80-85% LTV's? I like the idea of having accessible savings that reduce your interest rates. If one were available, that would be my preferred mortgage option.

Edited to say LTV is 82.5%

YBS do offset mortgages at 85% LTV
Not sure what the rates are but have a look on the website.
