    My toolbar doesn't have that icon that looks like a globe. My toolbar is fairly modern but can't see that anywhere. May need to add it to my tool bar, help?

    Its in the MSE toolbar, just above the box where you type a reply to a post.

    I had the same problem so I rang them and the lady I spoke to was lovely - I used the freephone number on the website.
