Concerned about mortgage application

Hi guys.
We had an offer accepted on a house on Tuesday and I kicked off our mortgage process. I already had an agreement in principle so it was fairly straightforward - I just gave them my solicitor's details and Estate agent's details, and a scanned copy of 1 months wage slips for me and my partner. They also took payment for the survey of £690.
Today the processing team got in touch with the next steps and said they would be doing the credit checks etc as expected. Out of interest I signed up to get my credit report with equifax and I was shocked to see that I had scored "fair" on the credit agreements section (with a scale of very poor/poor/fair/good/excellent). For everything else I score "good" or "excellent". On further inspection this was down to late payments with H&M Mail Order due to their rubbish payment system - they won't allow you to pay with card details online - you have to opt to have things delivered and then pay later and they send the letter out towards the end of the month giving you about a week to pay. It's caught us out several times when we've been away on holiday etc but I never dreamed it would really affect our credit score!

On the second point, the job change is a material fact which you will have to declare to the lender.0
