tax credit and the disregard

Hi everyone
Can anyone give me advice on tax credits 2011 to 2012 household income of 9,400 but 2012 /2013 household income of 22,000 any ideas on how much overpayment we will need to pay as feeling worried about this
Any advice appreciated
