Please talk slower

Hello,
I met with a 65 year old man who lives on his own yesterday for my university research project. He was singing Martin's praises for the advice he gives yet when on the tv or radio, he sometimes can't follow the advice as Martin is brilliantly enthusiastic but talks too fast!
He doesn't use the Internet so the tips given on shows are useful but please go a bit slower so he can follow the advice!
