Interested in knowing the associated charges tied to Santander's mortgage offers, like - completion fee, valuation fee, exit fee, completion fee, mortgage account fee, etc.
Trying to get the right person at the end of their mortgage helpline has been a nightmare since a couple of days. Have been asked call after a week!!!
Need the info. a bit urgently, hence the question on the forum.
Thanks.

Done already. All that is mentioned against the various deals is the product fee (and for FTBs, free valuation and £250 cashback).
No online document / webpage detailing other associated charges with the different deals!
Keen to know the above mentioned charges / details for the following two mortgage products:
1. Two years fixed (123 Account Holder) at 70% LTV - 2.29% for 2 years, then VR (currently 4.74%).
2. Two years fixed at 70% LTV - 2.34% for 2 years, then VR (currently 4.74%).0 -
