I'm just wondering if anyone knows how this system actually works, or why they expect to take so long?
I'm expecting to be called sometime 'by 22nd June'; which is fine, I understood that when I ordered, but so far have had 5 calls in 5 days from their automated system, but both times I have called them they say there's no available delivery slots and I'll be called again.
Anyone know how this actually works so perhaps I can make use of some more detailed knowledge of what's happening at their end?
