short answer is probably not. you have to apply for student finance every year.
so if for the first year you haven't used it its not a case you can just give it back.
but if you don;t need it anymore for the second or 3rd then just don;t apply for it anymore.
you can ring up student finance just in case but they would question why would you apply in the first place if you might not use it.0 -
