My husband is a higher rate tax payer and currently receives £780 per month car allowance which we normally use as extra salary.Our car has now died and we don't know wether it is more benifical to buy a car ourselves or buy or lease through the car scheme.My husband is a homeworker so our car is generally used for personal use.Any help or thoughts would be great,thanks.
