Gold Chain for Groom's Gift - Where to buy?

My h2b has wanted a gold chain for as long as I've known him but we've never really had the spare cash to get him one. I was thinking it would make a lovely wedding day gift though! Obviously I'm not going to find one cheap, but does anyone have any suggestions as to where I should buy? I don't have a fortune to spend and would like to get the best I can with what I do have!

Get a second hand chain from a jewellers, and get them to clean it for you. That would get you more gold for your money.0
