Strange Rockness email

On Sunday I had an email to myself which just included the email address of a PR company - nothing else just the email address.
I replied and copied in the PR company to see if I had won tickets.
I didn't hear anything so I emailed the PR company again and last night (Tues) I had a very quick reply saying just "Yes you are a winner" but it didn't include any details about whether the tickets would be sent to me, if it would be names on the door or whatever.
I have emailed back - as it's Wednesday now, the festival starts on Friday and it's miles away so need to sort out transport etc etc. I haven't had any reply.

what is the company I won tickets for weekend camping Im on the guest list and just need to take proof of address. check to see if there is an attachment as mine has the winning letter attached with details
