I want to file Bankruptcy?

I live in Suffern, New York with my Husband and One daughter. My Husband work in the garage and his net income $30,000. and I work in a Shopping Mall. The Problem is that Previous three years, we are unable to get out of the debts. My house loan are $1,00,000 and we have 2 credit cards with $30,000 in total. We can’t take the stress anymore. So, I want to file bankruptcy, help me to choose right bankruptcy Lawyers.

This forum is concerned with bankruptcy in the United Kingdom..and probably can offer little or no expertise in US bankruptcy Law or procedure.No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0
