I love to cook, & whenever I've got things on my mind, I end up cooking until there's barely any space left in the freezer
What do you do to take your mind off your problems for a morning/afternoon or a day?

I go to the library or charity shop and get myself a good book, preferably a funny one. I can distract myself for hours and hours with a good book.0

Hi.
I dont think my mind is ever off my debts it is more a matter of pushing the thoughts somewhere we they are not so easy to retrieve. When i do think about them it is in a positive matter as i am doing something about them.
If i really want to forget about them i go and play golf as i am so bad that takes up all my thoughts. Winds me up though :rotfl:
