In the build up to where I am now thinking to the interviews I've had most success in - has been where I've been a little brutal! -unpredicable position = does not always pay bills
enjoy working in a team, can't function without being part of etc - of much importantance to along with showing a hunger to work
found more so accepted in today's climate then ever before x0 -
When you are being asked the question why are you leaving your current job, you really want to focus on the positive aspects of this next job and deemphasize the negative reasons that you are disappointed or unhappy with your current job. An employer really wants someone that is energetic and excited about the position not someone who is going to be very negative and generally unhappy about how things go. So if you wanted to leave an on the road sales job for an inside sales job, which you really want to emphasize is why you find that to be culturally a better fit for you. So for instance, I'm looking for a work environment where I've got a team of colleges that I get to work with and that can support me every day. I really value the teamwork kind of environment. In this position, I know it's something that I will get a lot more of than what I had in my previous job when I was on the road each day.Remember what Einstein said, “Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again but expecting a different result.”0
