I had already collected my free gift from my local CollectPlus point when Very phoned me to say my order for one set of medium t-shirts was being cancelled due to a pricing error. But they offered me the chance to have them at the correct price, £22. I declined, but do have the lip balm in my possession...0

I've not had a cancellation e-mail/phone call - yet! But I have got the free lip balm. And I've just tried it - bleuggh!! It feels nicely moisturising, but the taste/smell combo is just not for me. Glad I didn't pay for it
Looks like it'll go in the handbag for emergency hand cream 
edit - cancellation phone call received today (12th) - their excuse to me was that they'd run out of stock
Is anyone else getting fed up of the phrase "I can only apologise" (I must have heard it on 3 different occasions today). Oh well..... 0
