    BUT.... please so not consider a claim for constructive dismissal without seeking advice. Less than 3% of CD claims succeed. It is notoriously difficult to prove.

    How long has she been there? Depending on when she started they can get rid of within the first 2years for no good reason.
    If she has a copy of the return to work document that states no disciplinary action will be taken then I'm not surewhat she can do, I assume she can appeal the disciplinary? It seems bizare to state it in writing andthen ignore it.
    Hope she gets it sorted, it sounds horrible.
