Bank requests court order

I was recently the victim of a bank scam.Story cut short,I was given a cheque with an over payment for an item i was selling & asked to wire transfer the extra 2000€ to the fraudsters bank account(a Barclays branch in London).I waited till the money cleared in my account then wire transfered the overpayment as requested.2 days later the original cheque was cancelled by the scammer leaving me in debt to my bank. My bank immediately informed the Barclays bank to whome i sent the money but they said the transfer was not refundable. Now Barclays have contacted my bank to say that their fraud department has looked into my case & funds are available in the scammers account but now i need to send them (Barclays)a court order to attempt to get my money back. Problem is I live in Portugal,so how do i obtain an English court order & is it going to cost me the earth to get my 2000€ back?
