CCJ statute barred help

Think this is the right forum guys here goes...

A ccj that was registered in 2010 that I had no knowledge of....
If we contacted the court, today in 2013, to see where the ccj originated from etc... would it still be statue barred & drop off in 2016? 6 years from date of the ccj?

Or would it be 6 years from ringing the court as they made a note of conversation in 2013?

thanks in advance for advice

It's can't be statute barred but it will disappear off your credit report 6 years from the CCJ date.

    Yes,

Because a CCJ can be granted, if the creditor has sent a Claim Form (N1) to the last known address they hold for you, and you have not replied.
