1. By entering this free Facebook Prize Draw you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. This prize draw is open to residents of the UK and Eire, except for employees of Holiday Discount Centre,
their immediate family members, or anyone else associated with this prize draw.
3. You must be over 18 years of age to enter.
4. The prize consists of £2,500 to spend on a holiday, booked through the Holiday Discount Centre website.
The holiday must be booked in one transaction.
If the holiday booked exceeds the agreed value of £2,500 the excess must be paid by the winner.
5. The prize is non-transferable, and non-refundable, and must be taken as offered.
6. The booking must be made by December 2013 and the holiday must be taken by October 2014.
7. To enter this free Facebook prize draw, you must be a fan of the Holiday Discount Centre Facebook page and
submit your details into the prize draw app.
8. The prize draw opens on Monday 3rd June at 4.00pm and entries must be submitted by Saturday 15th June at
midday.
9. The prize draw will take place on Monday 17th June 2013 and the winner will be announced on the Holiday
Discount Centre Facebook, Twitter and Google+ pages.
10. The winner will be notified via their entry email address.
11. Entrants must submit their full name and a valid email address.
12. Only one entry per email address will be accepted.
13. Any entry account which breaches these rules will automatically be disqualified.
14. Holiday Discount Centre accepts no responsibility for late entries, delayed entries or non-receipt of entries due to
any reason whatsoever, including technical faults or inability to access Facebook or the Internet.
15. The winner will be notified via their entry email address, and Holiday Discount Centre’s decision will be final.
No correspondence or discussion shall be entered into.
16. The winner’s full name will be posted on the Holiday Discount Centre Facebook and Twitter accounts, and may
be used for future PR activity. Holiday Discount Centre complies with the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the
personal information you provide is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully.
Holiday Discount Centre will not share your information with any third parties for marketing purposes.

17. If the winner has not responded within the seven days following notification, then the prize is forfeited and a new
winner will be selected again at random.
18. Holiday Discount Centre reserves the right to substitute the prize for an alternative one of its choosing which has a
value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.
19. By entering the free Facebook Prize Draw, the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and
material as Holiday Discount Centre may require.
20. The winner’s name will be available for two weeks after the draw, by sending a SAE to Vicky Liddle at
the address below.
21. These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
22. Holiday Discount Centre reserves the right to cancel or refuse any individual entry or to postpone or cancel
the Prize Draw in exceptional circumstances, including but not limited to circumstances where it is apparent that there
has been fraudulent activity or access to the Internet or to Facebook or Twitter has been prevented for a period
longer than 48 consecutive hours due to technical problems beyond the control of Holiday Discount Centre. 23. Facebook has no involvement with, or liability for, the operation of this free Prize Draw.
