A massive congratulations to everyone who has won this year.
Hopefully I'm not too far behind you, but am yet to get off the ground...
Trying to keep the faith and keep on comping!

I feel your pain - I'm the same this year. I normally have 1 good win each year that makes the time spent worthwhile but nothing at all this year.
I'm probably entering more than ever but I've put it down to more people entering competitions
I love reading the wins though - it does give me hope!0 -
Same here - it give me a boost to hear about other people's luck!
I only enter competitions I want to win, I don't enter everything as I don't think that's fair on the people who want all the kids stuff/DVDs etc...
Hopefully the second half of this year will be ours, Gilly ;-)0 -
How often do you comp though?
I too only enter for things i want to win and whilst i achieved more this time last year in regards to comping, i'm doing alright this year and have had a good few wins.
Maybe get involved with the comps that require a bit more effort?
I see you won nothing in 2012. Were you comping daily? Or, did you have a break?0 -
Well I don't have a computer at home, so I only get to do it in my lunch break and sometimes after work. Maybe 20-30 a day?
I only started mid-way through 2012, but apart from the odd week over holiday/Christmas, I do it regularly. I guess it's only a matter of time, but need something little to keep me going!
It's a bit like scratchcards, there's always that possibility...0 -
I was exactly the same as you - six weeks at an hour or two a day and not a thing, and I just got two wins in two days! Hang in there!!!Would you destroy something perfect in order to make it beautiful?0

I feel your pain. I've been comping for almost three months now (I think) and have not yet won a single thing. I probably do a minimum of an hour a day but often more. Even though I'm only entering those that I want to win it still works out at being an average of about 20 a day I think.
I am encouraged seeing everyone's wins but struggle not to get a little disheartened when some people get a few wins in a short space of time. I don't begrudge them their wins, I'm happy for them, it just makes me think that maybe I'm just not a lucky person...or that I'm filling in my entries incorrectly? haha
Good luck to us all.New here but need to get my finances under control and really hoping for a nice win or two from the comps! Good luck to us all. :beer:June Wins: Liz Earle Hot Cloth and Cleanse, box of chocolatesComp Win Wish List 2013: anything, cash, ITV win, laptop, ipad, holiday.0
