Somerfield Mag: Changes

Hi,
From tomorrow the in house magazine will have to be scanned through the tills (Its still Free). Im not sure if this a nationwide move but it is definately in our region (south).
Apparently stores are chucking magazines away without giving them out, therefore HO want to make sure all magazines are accounted for.
In our store we are keeping the magazines behind the till, and if a customer wants one they will have to ask for one and it be scanned through on the till.
I know alot of MSE's use the coupons in these magazines, so incase you think they're not in yet, they are likely to be hiding under a till.
btw i had a sneak at the coupons, there is £7 worth in there. Some money off some wines, and the rest was cleaning products.
