I picked up a couple of items today, one of which was a final reduction to £2.99. It scanned at 1p but the SA manually changed it to the price on the ticket. I said that it had come up at 1p but she told me they couldn't sell it at that and they had to manually type in the lowest price on the label. At the end of the day I was pleased with £2.99 but 1p would've been better!

M&S do not share suppliers with Primark, and all suppliers are audited regularly in all aspects of their business, including health and safety and wherever possible building regulations - not that easy in countries such as Bangladesh.

According to this Primark scores higher than a lot of other high st retailers,only half a mark behind M and S, yet Primark is the company who is seen as the worst offender. Apologies for hijacking,but it surprised me.
