Mortgage HELP!

Hi, my partner left me last year and I am currently selling house. I can get a DIP with halifax for 90k on my own . However I have 11k of debt with halifax on credit card, rate is 3.99% for life if the balance. They hve said I need to clear this with the profit from my current house. Is there anyway round this as the credit card rate is good and I wld rather use as much as possible for a deposit and I will still be able to clear debt within 18 months after I move. Any help wld be really appreciated , thks

If you have said the debt will be repaid on completion of your new mortgage then a condition to the loait will be added to ensure you do this.
The AIP has been based on you not having this debt therefore the solicitor us bound to ensure it does not exist once they request your new mortgage funds.0
