Which products is the promotion available on?
The promotion is available on large (454g) pork pies, individual (140g) pork pies and 6 pack mini Melton Mowbray pork pies only.
Do I have to buy a promotional pack to enter?
Yes, purchase is necessary. In order to claim your voucher, you will need a barcode from a promotional pack.
Do I have to send in my promotional pack?
No. However, in order to redeem your voucher and receive 2 for 1 entry, you will need to attach your promotional pack to the voucher and hand it in at the entrance to the English Heritage property.
Where can I buy the packs?
Dickinson & Morris pork pies are available at Tesco, Sainsbury, Waitrose, Morrisons, Booths, Budgens, other independent stores and of course, Ye Old Pork Pie Shoppe in Melton Mowbray.
I am a pensioner/student/disabled, can I redeem the voucher if I already get discounted entry to English Heritage properties?
No. This offer is not valid in conjunction with any other English Heritage offer.
Is there an age restriction for the promotion?
Yes. This offer is open to consumers aged 18 and over.
Does the other person have to pay full price?
Yes. This offer is only redeemable when one person pays the normal adult price for entrance.
What happens if I do not have access to the internet to enter? How else can I claim my voucher?
You can claim your voucher by calling the promotional phone line 0845 6521515. You will be prompted to enter the barcode on your promotional pack and leave your details on the automated message system. Your voucher will then be sent to you in the post, upon which you are still required to attach your promotional pack.
How much will the phone call cost if I were to enter via the telephone?
Calls are charged at £0.04 per minute if you call from a land-line, and £0.19 per minute if you call from your mobile. (Average call time is 2 minutes)
How and when will I receive my voucher if I redeem it over the phone?
We will endeavour to send your voucher within 10 days of calling, however, it will be no longer than 30 days.
When is my voucher valid until?
The offer is available from the 21st May 2007 until the 31st August 2007 (inclusive).
Are there any restrictions as to which properties I can visit?
Yes. The offer is not valid for entry to Stonehenge, Dover Castle and The Secret Wartime Tunnels, York Bunker and Lulworth Castle.
Can I visit the properties any day during the promotional period?
Restrictions apply on event days, and on Great Britain Bank Holidays
