Anniversary Help!!

Options
No idea if I have found the right part of the forum for this but here goes.

It is mine and my partners anniversary next week. We decided since we were going on holiday very soon we should keep our money for that and not go overboard on a gift for each other so we set a £10 limit to get each other gifts p&p not included. So far I have managed to get her a personalised mug for £1 and a 24 page photobook for £2. Got a whole £7 left and I'm running out of creative ideas on how to spend it wisely.

Does anyone have any suggestions?

    breakfast in bed...on a tray

Depends what she likes but maybe fruit, strawberries etc and yoghurt with toast

    Smoked salmon or crossants

    Fry up

nice pot of tea or coffee

i f you go down this route though...make sure that you also do the washing up

If you dont want to do something breakfasty, then you could get a posh cupcake or a big bar of her favourite chocolate so she can have a cuppa with her new mug later...and if funds stretch a little bit further too you could always have a look at a chic lit book in somewhere like sainsburys or tesco where they are usually about £3.00

Other options, bubble bath or some scented candles.

If youre also the creative type you could look at something along the lines of 10 reasobs why you are special...or I love you..
A few years back my husband did something like that in the form of a powerpoint presentation on my laptop when I opened it...10 slides of things he loved about me all to the sound of my favouite song...it didnt cost him a penny to do but its probably up there with some of my best presents ever!

The other take on it might be a compilation of her favourite songs to play in the car or on her ipod!

When your given such a small budget its not about how you spend it but more about showing her how you feel...other things you could consider..

finding a coin that was minted in the year you met
    A helium balloon
    love heart sweets
A single flower if its a wedding anniversay then something that matches a flower from her bouquet or something in the main clolour scheme if you had one.....of course if your not married yet you could always find a nice plastic or token ring to propose with on your anniversary!
frugal October...£41.82 of £40 food shopping spend for the 2 of us!

    2017 toiletries challenge 179 out 145 in ...£18.64 spend
