a big big big thank you to the OP, as I managed to get the last 2 copies for me and my sis. When I asked the Snooty SA to scan it she looked down her nose and said "it's £4 look it's on the front" as if I could not read. She too was gobsmacked and asked me how I knew, I just said "aha", Had she been polite I would have told her what a great forum this is. But as we don't want rude people I decided against it.
