Leaving job - holiday pay?

Hey, I started a new Job on the 9/02/13 and leaving at the end of this month. I have gave a total of 7 weeks notice. I have not taken any holiday since I started and I do work a lot of hours outside my contracted hours.
Does anyone know if I loose this holiday or if they have to pay me the amount of holiday I was owed when I left?

Holiday is paid when you leave. You don't accrue holiday for overtime unless your contract states so, which is why overtime is normally at a higher rate.0

Thank you! a bit gutted about over time as I currently do more overtime than my contract hours!
... and still at the same rate!
but thank you for your reply!0 -
You will be paid any accrued holiday owed to you - However as mentioned this will not be increased due to the amount of OT you have worked.0

Effectively you are be paid at least 12.07% less per hour as you aren't getting accrued holiday. Sign of the economy unfortunately, many companies cut over time rates.0 -
When does the company holiday year run from/to? If its Jan-Dec then you will get what you have accrued but if its April-March then you may have lost what you accrued up to April.Be Alert..........Britain needs lerts.0

To add to this -
As you have been with this employer for more than 2 months, you should have received written particulars of your employment. That will include details about the holiday year.
To see whether 12.07% is the correct percentage to apply - If your contracted hours are over 5 or more days a week and your entitlement is 28 days (including bank holidays if they are mentioned separately) for a full year then 12.07% is correct.
Though you say you haven't taken any holiday during the time you have worked for them, did you get paid holiday at Easter or for either of the bank holidays in May? If so, those days need to be deducted from the number accrued.
If the holiday year is April to March (common but not universal) then the Easter holidays would have come out of last year's entitlement.0
