mine and my colleagues salary was not paid to us on Friday as it was supposed to have been, the company we work for has been slightly struggling for a while now, our boss told (me only) we would be paid Tues or Wed, what legal rights do we have? thanks

If your not paid on the revised date..
Nice but no doubt embarrassed conversation first (usually gets nipped in bud this way I found!
)
then if needs must, you can do letter to give x amount of days notice of your intention to make an inevitable claim through the court (must get company name correct on any claim)
