twice unlucky winner??

not won anything at all this year, so was thrilled to get an email from Debenhams Beauty Club via Facebook, saying i'd won a beauty bag worth £154! 
I got this email in early May, and it said if i'd received nothing by May 31st then let them know. This date passed and no prize, so i've sent them an email and fingers crossed i'll hear from them. I gave them my address details when they originally emailed me so it can't be that they haven't got this. There were 10 winners altogether so don't know if everyone else received their prizes.
My 2nd win that month was from Babyworld, i'd won an Easter prize from Bibs and Stuff website, but Babyworld said they couldn't send it as they didn't have my house no. part of my address. (Babyworld have always had it but i sent it them again anyway). As soon as i'd replied I got an automated response saying she was on holiday till 3rd June with no email access...so another waiting game.

I have this same problem, won a book before christmas which I never received, won a gin hamper at the end of March which still hasn't arrived (they're "investigating") and I won a night in a flash hotel, dinner and a hair cut a week and a half ago but the prize claiming department have STILL not contacted me, despite my having to take the prize reasonably quickly.
Its really irritating, particularly when you complain and you are ignored. Have you tried calling?Lovely Wins!

I haven't tried calling yet, but might have to if I don't get any email replies in the next couple of days. Hope your prizes soon turn up for you too

I Supposedly won a £50 H&M Voucher from Urban eat on facebook, Not Heard a dickie bird since they first contacted me. Which was a good few month ago

I had that issue when I won a yankee candle last year. The best thing to do is keep emailing them! Dont give up! x0
