Missing payments, found after 10 years.

My daughters father paid relevant payments for 12 months in 2003-2004. I was never informed of this until Jan this year. After a few phone calls the payments are being sent out to me, very grateful for this but I am wondering as they have been sat in their bank for this long, haven't they generated interest and if so shouldn't I be owed that too or some sort of supplement.

Thats a long time for payments to be held. I would put an official complaint in.

With regards to interest, there will be none as the CSA bank accounts are ones that don't generate interest.
