I started dog walking/home boarding last September its a great job but hard work.

I would get a website as most of my clients come from this

Use free forums to advertise I would use Pets Locally another source of clients.

Go round all the vets, pet shops, dog groomers and any other dog business and introduce yourself leave business cards/flyers.

Always have business cards on you I wear logo uniform and I get stopped a lot by people enquiring on my services.

I can`t stress enough getting insurance BEFORE you start walking/boarding any animal, also CRB is good if you go into peoples homes.

Good walking boots and clothing a must.

Happy to answer any questions you have.

Good luck its a great career even on the wet days .....
