Hi
I have a little problem , went self employed last September and got my ltd company up and running in November. my job has not changed I still work in the same construction job and also contract to the same company. I have 250k and want to borrow 50k
but seem to be coming up against brick walls , Any help would be appreciated

Depending on the exact detail, I would fancy a solution here.
The deposit is likely to come under some scrutiny, so long as it can be verified suggest you hunt down a recommended broker...

Wait until you have been trading a year then see a specialist broker who handles self employed applications regularly.

cant wait a year have a mother who broke a hip at xmas at 83 !
if i had a crystal ball would not have gone self employed
deposit is from the sale of my mums property and my rent is considerably more than the repayments on 50k over 17 years
any ideas who to aproach ?0 -

I disagree, you will not get market leading rates but there will be a solution.
You additionally will face issues around your deposit source, assuming you are not co-owner of Mums current property.
You need a resourceful broker
