Have you obtained copies of your credit files? Is your wife's "alias" link on there? Has she informed her other credit providers of her name change?

If she has done so, there will be a link between her maiden and married names, so I'd be surprised if that was the issue, but I would want Coventry to confirm that this is not the issue, before you go elsewhere.
