Well here goes we are a family of 5 both OH and I work and DD1 is at uni DS was diagnosed with very mild aspergers which we are trying to get removed from his medical notes as we dont think he has it there are other reasons but at the moment i dont want to say DD2 is at college and wants to go to uni to be a nurse
We pay for DD1 uni accom and food as we dont want a student loan and obviously we support the other 2
We are off on holibobs twice this year :j a cruise paid for by my lovely mum who is recovering from breast cancer just me mum and the girlies and then we as a family are off to Jamaica later in the year (cheap season)
As you can see from my sig i have 45 payments to go till debt free we are pretty much committed this year but i am determined that next year we will triumph over this self made debt
Will try and sign in with an update as much as possible so join me on my roller coaster ride with my family:eek:

So this morning i have checked the banking done surveys and put the washing out will have a shuffty through the freezer in a bit so i can do a mealplan for the week as i am on late turn so that the ones doing dinner wont give us pasta every night
OH is working overtime and DS is off to MMA so just DD" and myself this afternoon
I re read my post yesterday and think i need to point out that my mum is payng for both our holibobs this year unfortunatly i get my love of travel from my parents and this has been our downfall:( but i am no longer prepared to live like this so no holibobs after this for a few years the children are older and if they want to go away then they will need to fund it themselves:D and us if they feel like doing so:p0 -
Hey tired mum, loving the word holibobs.
The mild Aspergers caught my attention, you don't go in to too much detail, but have you looked at personality types. INTJ (which is what I am) gets confused with Aspergers.Debt-Free day 30th September 20140 -
no never heard of INTJ will deffinately look that up
I dont go into too much detail as the reasons for the removal as they are for my sons chosen career i will one day probably say as if things dont right themselves for him by september then he will have to follow another path
enjoy my diary i fear i will have to keep looking back at the holibobs as the next couple of years we need to knucle down and seriously get with the plan or this debt will be forever round our necks0 -
INTJ is more commonly know as a Mastermind personality type, it's on the Myers-Briggs scale and is only a small percent of the population. It's not a bad thing to be, which you'll realise when you research it.
I am rare in that I am female, it usually affects boys, the first born male on an only male child, it's high in intelligence and logic, low on emotion and social skills. I knew something was amiss with me years ago, fortunately this personality type is highly self-aware ( except for maybe debt it seems...), so I read lots of emotional intelligence and body language books to help me. There are websites that give you the top characteristics, see what you think.Debt-Free day 30th September 20140 -
