Is anyone else having problems today. I've entered the country section but it keeps skipping past the county so I can't submit

I have that prob,if you are auto form filling that will be it. I auto fill,then take the country option back to 'Please Select' then choose England,then it allows me to do the county. x

Thanks, that's what I always do but it just keeps skipping past county
