    Debt-free and Proud!
Found you too! :) Loved the post about the moonlit marathon and how you worked everything through in your head - running always did that for me. It was like meditation. You set your body to a task and it frees the mind to think clearly. You have made me want to dig out my Nikes!

I also understand the boredom. Its hard to keep up a high level of enthusiasm for something that seems so draining. I think that's why I try to make the journey interesting with small goals along the way, otherwise I'd be pretty fed up and I've not had my head seriously in the game very long! :D

Best of luck to you CP - you are on the right track. X

    Morning hope your okay :)
  • Another one over from the £10 per day thread!

Congrats on all you have achieved so far CP. Diaries are a brilliant way of organising everything in one place and more so to get some moral support. I've made some brilliant friends on mine and I honestly don't know what I'd do without them. DH had 7 seizures yesterday and my diary friends were some of the first people I wanted to talk to about it!

  • I really need to start talking to myself in here a bit more to clear my thoughts! ;)

A lot has changed over the last couple of months. Laptop broke, I got shingles, then pleurisy and now I have some other thing I can't even pronounce so I'm on bedrest..... Thats all the rubbish stuff!

The good stuff.... I GOT A SECOND JOB!!! :j:j:j

I absolutely love the job, and I make decent tips, so I'm happy. Not so happy that I'm on the sick now though, meaning I'm down to half pay for my first job, and I don't think i'll get paid from 2nd job, but I guess my health has to come first. Its just a little frustrating as it will put me back a little on clearing my debts.

In other news, I stopped taking my antidepressants. And now I'm thinking maybe I shouldn't. After 2 weeks I've noticed a shift in my mood so I took one last night and i'm gonna get myself off to the docs to discuss with them.

Our car had MAJOR problems lately, and cost us nearly £1000. All paid for now, thanks to the "Make £10 a day" challenge. All money made this month went towards paying my parents back as they paid for the car to be repaired. Gonna have to get into the challenge for November too. I really wanna pay for christmas upfront, but because my wages will be lower i worry i'm not gonna be able to cover all the cost, so i'm gonna SELL SELL SELL!!! :rotfl: I've already started and have things listed on fleabay already. Might as well do something useful with my time off work this week

Gonna update here more often.... Still lots to clear my head about. Problems with kids, DH ect.... but i'll work through it...

    Morning hun

Did tou find me on fb?

Ask the dr about counselling and possibly about cbt therapy. Not sure if the second is appropriate but counselling will help.

Sorry to hear about health problems.

Get yourself over to printable coupin thread too. You can use coupons against discounted stuff. I use them to stockpile things like toothpaste and washing up liquid so that I dont have to buybthem monthly.

This shaves a little of my shopping list.

I am desperate ly trying to build stockpiles so that I dont have to keep buyig stuff every month. I have enough shampoo, shower gel for all of us until 2015. :rotfl:

I used to be like that and had LOADS of stockpiles, then I started using everything up at the begining of the year and now i have no stockpiles. Maybe i need to get back into it

I've had CBT for my OCD a few years back. It certainly helped that. I haven't seen my councillor for a few years now, maybe worth getting back in touch since I can actually see now that I have some sort of problem.

I've told DH we need to talk. So tonights plan is to tell him how i'm feeling about everything and he will do the same, without us !!!!!ing back at each other. In my hearts of hearts, i know that he has to out up with a lot from me, but his little comments about certain things housework related need to stop. Will see how it all goes tonight anyway. I love him. And there is no way we would break up. I guess we just going through a little rough patch which I assume happens to us all after 8 years of marriage ;)

Gonna have a look over to the printable coupon thread later. My best mate is coming to pick me up soon and take me for a little ride out to Home Bargains :rotfl: I allocated £100 from DH'd wages this month to get christmas gifts for hampers ect and I think i can get more for my money at Home B's. Also, i'm not really well enough to be trailing round loads of shops so fingers crossed I can pick up some stuff for the kids and a couple of other people.

    Wish me luck!!
