A little while ago I bought a ready meal from Waitrose (Don't shout at me it was £2 reduced from £7.99  ) It was belly pork slow roasted in cream and calvados and it was yum. But as £7.99 is out of the question I thought I would have a go at making it and it has been bubbling away all night in the slow cooker.
It tastes lovely, but stupidly, I added the cream at the start and now it looks all separated
. Will adding cornflour, or anything else help?
Thank you !
