My skin is a little more improved, less bumpy, more hot/itchy/dry so I've felt able to use a few more things...

25/26/27 - John Frieda sheer blonde shampoo and conditioner sample sizes. Nice, very clean smell too.
28 - Bare Minerals purifying facial cleanser - nothing special, used up in bath.
29 - Aveda botanical kinetics purifying gel cleanser - sample size. Nothing special - used up in bath.

Hope my skin clears up soon. Avon got back to me with a big form to fill in, not very friendly. :(
    Cookie, I think you're tame. :heart2:

Have used up some nail polish remover wipes, which means I am currently on a tally of 12 INS and 13 OUTS for the month. At this rate, I'll be working on my stash for the next 5 years!

I have started using a sample of Garnier BB Cream today - not sure about it, the colour blended in fairly well but I never have much success with foundations, they always look orange on me and never blend in - I have a more olivey complexion. It was also a bit greasy. I'll finish it off, but won't be buying a full sample.
  • I thought the Garnier BB was very greasy too it may be better suited to those with dry skin.

    UU

Cotton wool pads - WBA and will need to next week as im on to my last pack.

30ml stella by stella macartnet perfume - one of my favourite perfumes have another in my stash already.

UU- Avon Drama Mascara. I hadn't had it out all that long (maybe 3 months?) but it was starting to go a bit clumpy and dry so it's gone in the bin. I think you shouldn't keep a mascara much longer than that anyway so I'm not too bothered. I have another 2 open (1 Rimmel, 1 L'Oreal) so I haven't replaced it yet.

Had a bit of a disaster yesterday online. Bodyshop have their 40% off everything sale on so I got 2 more huuuuuuuge bottles (750ml) of shower gel. I love these massive bottles, I usually get them from the outlet at Braintree for a silly price but online they worked out at £4.80 for 750ml, I think full price should be £12 or so. They'll definitely be used so I'm not too ashamed of that. But then......

I found myself browsing around fragrancedirect.co.uk for makeup brushes and found full size Essie polishes for £1.99, so I had to get 4. Then I saw some nail foils....Oops.

I also tried a friends Clinique lippy the other day and loved it so I invested in one for myself. It's the Butter Shine in Pink-A-Boo. I don't have a pink lipstick so I'm allowed, right? :o

Have been quite busy but can report a very LHJ UU'ed, 400ml L'Oreal Elvive Full Restore No 5 Shampoo for weak, lifeless hair. This seemed to last forever - I think it was about 15 months, thanks to freebies, trying other products etc.
WIBA? I like it a lot but L'Oreal are always bringing out new Elvive variants.
Also UU'ed a 30ml St Ives Apricot Scrub, WNBA as it's a bit too scrubby for quite a soft and mature skin like mine.
Half UU'ed: A!di Carino Permanent Hair Dye in Medium Brown. 100 ml of mixed dye is far too much for my shortish, fine hair so once again I mixed half the developer and half the cream colourant in a plastic bowl. Every scrap used up, very little mess.
At first glance it's a bit darker than my last medium brown but the sun may well sort that. Lovely 15 ml sachet of conditioner with it too.
Erma Bombeck, American writer: "If I had my life to live over again... I would have burned the pink candle, sculptured like a rose, that melted in storage." Don't keep things 'for best' - that day never comes. Use them and enjoy them now.

    Morning all!

    UU:

    39. Dove Intense Care Repairing Shampoo 50ml - probably WNBA, this was fine but there are many others I prefer.

    40. Gillette Satin Care shave gel 200ml - HG and replaced with same from stash. Onto my last one again so may well have more INs this month...

Unlikely to have many more UUs now this month as I'm heading into a hellish week at work, meaning unlikely to have many gym visits (and therefore no mini UUs) and minimal time for pampering :( Will try to lurk, but may well just have to catch up with you all in July!

I found the original Garnier BB cream very greasy too but they do an oil free version now and the colour seems better on this version too.

    Have uu's

Clarins body scrub - 30ml, this was a GWP and it was lovely to use and very effective but I WNBA as I don't intend to buy anymore body scrubs when I've finished what I have.

Elemis Revitalise Me shower gel - 30ml - DH used this and he liked it but said it didn't lather much.

Have TA a tube of Dead Sea Magik Mud Mask - this is a black face mask and it is so messy, the bathroom is covered in splashes of it when I have washed it off so it is in the bin.

LA Science Follicle Stimulating Shampoo, 10ml - WMBA, love the shampoo but it is pricy
Garnier Moisture Match Combination to Oily Skin, 1.5ml - WMBA, this has a really odd sensation when applying! Although it goes away soon after
Mama Mio Moisturiser, 15ml - WNBA, lovely and refreshing but didn't moisturise my skin as much as i would have liked
Simple Facial Wash Gel, 50ml - WBA, simple and does what it says on the tin!
